Programs with this logo are developed for 32 Bit Microsoft operating systems. They are tested on the 64bit versions of Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Other Systems newer than these should be ok too, but older systems might inhibit proper functioning of these programs.

This is not a 64 Bit Windows programs, but it does work on such systems.
